Every piece we make is handcrafted by our artisans, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us at jaipurkikahani2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Lifetime repair

For as long as you own your piece, you can send it back to us for repair. The repair work is free. You cover shipping both ways and the cost of any materials used, such as a new zip or strap. To start, email jaipurkikahani2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will confirm any cost with you before we begin. We cannot repair damage from misuse or alterations made elsewhere.
