How your Classic Tray is made
1. Hand Block-Print
Each pattern is stamped one motif at a time with hand-carved wooden blocks.
2. Stitch & Finish
Seams, handles and bindings are done by hand so it survives daily life, not just the shelf.
3. Quality Check & Ship
Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed and sent to you.
Our promise to you
Safe arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lifetime repair
For as long as you own your piece, send it back and we will repair it. The repair work is free. You cover shipping both ways and the cost of any materials used, such as a new zip or strap.
To start, email jaipurkikahani2025@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will confirm any cost with you before we begin. We cannot repair damage from misuse or alterations made elsewhere.
